DJ Michel Cervantes

Alongside Juan Mora and Dativo, Michel Cervantes is responsible for the great change that came over the Sala Energia in Granada, supplying it with a fun after-party known as WOW.  He's organised events all over the province and outside it too: industrial copera,sala energia, lambigur(tarifa), etc.  In Tarifa he was resident DJ for 3 years with jorge fernandez, sharing the DJ booth with david hosphkins,miguel tovar,fly flus,bony stuche,burbur,rude kaiser,luis pereira,alex jimenez ,etc.  He's also played sets at previous Dragon and Rocket festivals.

He mixes techno, minimal and electric with fat basslines, creating a very danceable show!

DJ Moa

 

Paolo D'amato a.K.a. DJ MOA started off as a Hip-hop and Spiral-tekno DJ in Turín, 1994, before going to London and then getting to know Drum n Bass pioneers, Rollers inc.  Arriving in Madrid in 2000, it wasn’t long before he was part of UNITY – the main Drum n Bass DJ and producer collective.

 

 

DJ Poty

DJ Poty has been on the circuit for 10 years, mixing his own form of music all over the Costa del Sol, moving around with MCM Santyagrahan from Mozambique.  In the last 5 years he’s played at Casasviejas (Madrid), La Madra (Valencia), Distrito Norte (Cordoba), Barco Gran Bucanero (Benalmadena costa) etc, and signed up to NOPRESET RECORD.

DJ Salero

Dj Salero, nacido en alhama de granada en 1984, sus primeras pruebas con la musica electronica fueron a los 12 años grabando en distintas cintas el mismo tema y reproduciendolos a tiempo para conseguir un flanger. A los 13 años tuvo su primera oportunidad de mezclar con unos cds en la emisora "Radio Alhama", alli empezo a hacer sus primeros finitos como dj. A los 15 años formaba parte de un nuevo programa de radio dedicado exclusivamente a la musica electronica, llamado AfterHours, donde se realizaban sesiones en directo de los temas mas actuales.

DJ Tortu

This young Malaga DJ started getting a name for himself at the turn of the century with NATURAL in the legendary SALA PALLADIUM and has since placed at major Andaluz clubs such as Palenquee, Auditorio, Molino Word, Coliseum de Atarfe, Palladium, Copera, Caracho, Energia, Gran Bukanero and at festivals like Break Nation, Flash Back, Rocket Festival, Super Remember, Retro Al-Andalus Festival and Electro Music Fabric.

Dj Xol

Dj francés afincado en Madrid desde el año 2000, XOL se ha convertido en uno de los principales protagonistas de la escena española. Su trayectoria incluye actuaciones en raves, clubs y festivales a lo largo de toda la geografía española y otros 9 países europeos (UK, Francia, Holanda, Bélgica, Alemania, Polonia, Hungría, Italia y Portugal), compartiendo cabina con los más grandes de la escena internacional (Andy C, Hype, Zinc, Roni Size, Pendulum, y un largo etc).

DJ Yorka

Within a year of buying her first turntables, DJ YORKA had already appeared in such illustrious DJ boxes as those of Passion or Industrial Coopera. At the tender age of 18, she was resident at Sodoma in Malaga and now she is one of the big Andaluz promises. In less than four years, she has played in the hottest spots in the Costa del Sol, as well as Israel, Germany and other European climes.

Evil Nine

Definitely EvilDefinitely EvilTom and Pat first combined skills in 1998 and were quickly identified as a quality DJ/Producer duo by Adam Freeland who signed them to his Marine Parade label. Since then each of their releases has in turn distinguished Evil Nine as innovators who refuse to blend into any scene. For them the music has to go beyond being merely 'fat'. Deriving their musical flavour from multiple influences - hip-hop, punk, electro, dancehall, post punk, garage rock, techno and krautrock just to name a few - they create an original minimalism packed with emotive ability.

Felipe Volumen

“I grew up with pink floyd, alan parsons, otis reading,wilson picket, james brown, roxy music,david bowie etc and they awoke the artistic and musical vein that has led me here”.

Fight the Bear

This four-piece band from Bishops Castle, Shropshire fuse together a modern stomping approach on the Ska, Rock, Punk and Indy genres. Fight The Bear's sound is centered on infectious grooves with cheeky and colourful riffs alongside unique singing styles ranging from catchy shout along vocals to complex vocal harmonies.

Gypsy Sound System

The Gypsy Sound System began in 2005 from the meeting of Dj Olga and Dr.Schnaps. From this moment, gypsy parties have taken a new turn. More fire, more happiness, more sounds! The sound system is a mixture between electrogypsy, raggaklezmer, balkanicfire, orientaltriphop, indiandrumandbass, spanishrumba and populardrunksongs..

Hedflux

HedfluxHedflux Hedflux is DJ/Producer Steve Young.

Fueled by a perpetually unquenched thirst for deeper understanding, and a burning need to express that understanding through sonic manipulation, Steve created Hedflux as the embodiment of a particular sound; a sound which can be inadequately described by such words as "deep" ... "driving" ... "psychedelic" ... "techy" ... "tough", and which flows in the rhythmic style of Breaks or Tech-funk.

Hey Molly

Hey Molly hail from Teignmouth, England and have been together for three years and in 2006 supported Muse at the Eden Projects in Cornwall. In 2007 they completed their first tour of Europe playing in Holland, Switzerland, France and the highlight being offered to play again with Muse at the Benicassim Festival, Spain. They also completed a 30 date UK tour at the end of 2007 receiving rave reviews for their charasmatic show and catchy tunes.

Horacio Cruz

This young Granadino is a major reference in the Andalucian Techno secene.  Always using vinyl, his  deck sets show of his mixing skills and his rhythmic subdivisions, reverberations and off-beats give a perfectly personal touch to his sessions.  Weight, constancy and elaboration are the words that sum up this artist.

Icicle

Dark & dirtyDark & dirtyIcicle aka Jeroen Snik was born & raised in Holland. At the Age of 8 Icicle first started playing piano and soon got onto the drum kit. It wasn't long until he started making beats using an old school midi set-up and aged 15 he became hooked on drum and bass after going to local night "Jungle Galaxy". Getting some turntables and better music making software followed and Icicle was on his way.

Javi Martin

Since the early 90s, JAVI MARTIN, currently resident DJ at DREAMER’S, MARBELLA, has gone from House to Breakbeat to Techno and back to progressive House again.

In parties like TRIBAL NATION, FIMES 97 and LIVE DANCE FESTIVAL, he has shared line-ups with JEFF MILLS, RICHIE HAWTIN, LAURENT GARNIER, JOEY BELTRAM, KENNY LARKIN, FLUKE and FRONT 424. In 2000, he got into production and, with ALEX SANCHEZ, set up festivals like I FESTIVAL DE LA COSTA DEL SOL, SUMMER RETRO, BEACH SOUND..02 and X-MAS DANCE….”Each one a tremendous success.”

Javier Moreno

His Professional career begins at 2000 playing in small clubs and raves from the northwest of Madrid. Soon he started to play in some clubs from the capital like Knowsy Club, La Palma 3, Zenith Club, Ananda, Pacha Madrid… In 2002’s summer he creates the company Diamods Planet, dedicated to event promotion, dj management and music production. This company soon would become in the perfect launcher to Europe.

JFB & Beardyman

JFB first started mixing and scratching on local pirate radio in 1996 playing drum&bass. He developed his style with scratching and started playing party Hiphop Instrumentals around Brighton area for a few years.

Beardyman has worked alongside Grooverider, Shy FX, Killa Kela, Jazzy Jeff and Andy C to name a few. He battled to become UK Beatbox Champion 2006 and retained his title in 2007 making him the first beatboxer in UK history to win 2 championships in a row. Beardyman often uses humour as well as beatboxing in his act. He has impersonated Elvis, dressed as a monkey on stage and once posed as an Austrian climate change lecturer before breaking into his set.

Jordi Slate

Jordi Slate, with over 17 years of experience at the decks, is considered one of the best DJs in the country.  Resident DJ at PALLADIUM, Torremolinos, he has performed in all the biggest Spanish festivals ( SONAR twice in Barcelona, FESTIMAD, LIVE DANCE FESTIVAL, FIMES, ESPARRAGO ROCK, BREAK NATION) as well as in Balearic clubs  PRIVILEGE, Ibiza, MISSISIPI WILLOW and OH!MARBELLA and in Germany, the Czech Republic, etc.  At the legendary TRESOR club in Berlin, he has shared the lineup with Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, Laurent Garnier, Ralph Lawson et al.  He is without doubt the personification of elegance and perfection in the DJ booth.
