Peter Paul

A
pioneer of the Spanish Breakbeat circuit and a pillar of the internacional
scene, Pedro Pablo Perez, aka Peter Paul, was born in Seville in 76 and has been a DJ and componer since 92.  He sprung to fame in 95 with a white label
under the name of “The Second Effect”.  This
group used broken rhythms and big techno influences.

On
Seven Records, he brought out dancefloor classics in the retro breaks scene,
befote winning various nacional DJone awards for best breakbeat DJ and
producer. He has appeared on live TV and in plenty of festivals, such as Live
Dance Festival,Summer Festival,Techno Grand Prix, Feria de Sevilla ,Retro
Al-Andalus Retro(satisfaxión), Flashback, Breaknation, Winter festival, Independent
events, Colombinas  and he’s also DJed in
Rome, Budamest, Porto, Warsaw, England, Australia, Lithuania, etc.

Even
Annie Nightingale, on BBC Radio, has selected him for an exclusive session on
her show!

Peter
Paul’s technobreak producing can be heard on a whole list of records and his new
work, “Dirty Dancing” and “War and Peace” mix techno and break in a new sound that
is getting magnificent reactions.
