The Rocket Festival is a celebration of life and alternative culture. A meeting of minds for fun and music in a beautiful, rural and sun drenched site in the south of Spain.
With the experience of two previous festivals in mind the Rocket Festival 2008 will be way, way, WAY the best ever! We are delighted to announce that two of Spains most exciting live bands, Muchachito Bombo Infierno have been booked for the main stage. For those of you unfamiliar with Spanish music there is no better introduction. If dance music is your thing look no further than Coldcut, the godfathers of the modern style with their brain-tingling audio-visual jamboree and Pendulum, the foremost drum and bass act on the planet flexing the low-frequency muscle of the huge stacks of bass bins in the dance tent.
Saturday is the day to step into a new life on an unexplored world as the whole festival dresses up in a Space theme. The action will center around the Cantina Galactica where the stellar customs are as tight as their uniforms and unexplained alien abductions will leave you amazed.
Rest assured the Rocket Festival in May 2008 will be a cavalcade of riotous music, sun-drenched fun and hedonism like no other!
